No Refund Policy
Due to the comprehensive nature of our free trial period, Oak does not offer refunds for subscription payments. We operate on the principle that our 21-day trial gives users adequate time to evaluate our platform before making a purchase decision.
By the time you decide to subscribe to Oak:
- You have had 21 days of hands-on experience with the platform
- You have been able to test compatibility with your specific needs
- You have received answers to any questions from our support team
- You have made an informed decision based on actual platform usage
Subscription Cancellation
While we do not provide refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to Oak until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be applied to your account
- You will lose access to the platform when your current billing period ends
- Your account data will be retained for a period of 30 days after subscription ends
To cancel your subscription, you can use the cancellation option in your account settings or contact our support team.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of prolonged service outages or significant technical issues that prevent usage of the platform, Oak may consider service credits or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such determinations are made at the sole discretion of TeamBlackBox Private Limited management.
