What crops does Oak currently support?
Oak currently supports a wide range of crops including coffee, areca nut, pepper, and many more crops. Oak is versatile and can be customized to support any crop type even if it's not listed. We're also constantly adding support for more crop types based on customer feedback.
Will I get help onboarding my estate?
Yes, we offer onboarding help for your estate. During the first month we conduct multiple weekly meetings to understand your estate and help you get started. This is supplemented by video walkthroughs of all functionalities of the app (available in different languages) and always available whatsapp support.
What happens after the 21-day trial?
After your 21-day trial ends, you'll be prompted to subscribe to our annual plan to continue using Oak. We'll send you reminders as your trial period comes to an end.
How secure is my estate data?
We take data security very seriously. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security protocols. Your estate data always remains yours and is never shared with anyone. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Can I access Oak on multiple devices?
Yes, Oak is accessible across all your devices. Use it on your desktop, tablet, or mobile phone with a consistent experience. Please note that we limit the number of devices to 1 per user. If you need to access Oak on more devices, you can purchase additional user licenses.
